Duties include generating leads, following-up on leads, showing residential properties to buyers and/or tenants, listing appointments with sellers, coordinating home tours, market research, property management, collaborating with team members and attending community events.
Ideal candidates must have a Colorado real estate sales license, demonstrate good character and integrity, be self-motivated, success-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, strategic mentality and the desire to work individually and on a team. Both residential and commercial real estate agents are needed.
